Instruction Frame for Coin Collector

| I am looking for the metal frame that holds the glass and the instruction card on the front of a Western Electric 7J coin collector switch. The mounting holes are 3 1/8" apart, center to center horozontally, and 3 7/8" apart, center to center vertically. |
