W/E Switchboard cords

I ran across this early W/E switchboard in cherry (I think) about a week ago. Actually it is in pretty good condition but it was fairly dark in that basement. The owner said he would talk to someone offering $1,000. That person is not me of course. The cords look to be in good shape. The footrail is obviously iron and obviously has surface rust. There does not appear to be any dryrot on the bottom ... BUT ... I could only see the front and left side.
