Payphones in Turkey

Thanks to Coen's photos of payphones in Crete, I am finally posting a couple of photos taken last fall in Kusadasi, Turkey, one of the many great locations to visit in that country. There were far more payphones there and in many cities around that part of the world even though just about eveyrone was carrying/talking on a cellphone. The phones and booths were in excellent condition in most places which suggests that the care and maintenance of this equipment may surpass that in the western world. I am surely lucky that my spinal nerve issue didn't begin until I have been home for a month as I might not have found medical care and attention to equal public phone service.
