Panel - Terminal Room

| In this picture from 1933 you get an overall look the the terminating end of a Panel system. In the front of the photo are two Final frames each of which with the capacity of 60 calls at the same time and access to 500 phone numbers each. On the right rear of the photo for size comparison you can see a switchman. Note in the front of the photo the ladder. These ladders were on rollers to give the switchman access to the top of all the frames and were on all isles of equipment. |
